OTHER VENTURES
Not everything I do sits inside a company. These are the rooms I keep turning up in because the work is worth doing, not because it is on a roadmap: a festival in VR, a state's creative economy, and a business chapter that only works if people show up for each other.
The last two did not work at all. They stay here on purpose — a portfolio that only lists what succeeded is a portfolio you cannot learn anything from. One ended quietly and one ended expensively, and the second is the reason I take other people's money as seriously as I do.

IMMERSIVE DURGA PUJA
Every year I partner with Vamxm to put the thirteen best pandals in Kolkata into VR, so the puja reaches everyone who cannot be on the ground for it.
Last year's release passed a million views within two days of launch. The pandals are built, worshipped in, and taken down inside a week. This is the version that stays, and the version you can walk through from anywhere.

AVGC XR BENGAL
I am a key member of the AVGC-XR organisation in Bengal, the body for animation, visual effects, gaming, comics and extended reality in the state.
The work is taking the Orange Economy vision our Hon'ble President set out and finding what it actually looks like on the ground here: which studios, which schools, which policy, and who has to be in the room before any of it moves.

BNI — VICTORY CHAPTER
I have been a core member of BNI's Victory chapter, running chapter operations and the cross-chapter functions that put members from different chapters in front of each other.
BNI gave me two awards for it. The awards matter less than the reps did: a room of business owners meeting every week is the fastest feedback loop I have found on whether you are actually useful to people.

MAVENS
An FMCG venture I co-founded with my brother on ₹40 lakh raised, selling and distributing shop to shop across Ranchi.
We launched straight into COVID and it did not scale. I returned what was left of the investor money in full rather than winding down quietly. Everything I have built since runs on the trust that decision taught me to protect.

CAREER GEEKS
An edtech product I built and ran while I was still a student. It did not go anywhere, but it was the first thing I ever shipped, and it taught me that shipping is a different skill from having ideas.
