CPG TECHNOLOGIES
I co-founded CPG Technologies and ran it as COO for five years. It began as a client game development studio, became COBOX, and ended as an AI research company. Three companies, really, inside one.
This is where I learned to build at scale: technical direction, partnerships, funding, and the operating discipline to hold it together while it changed shape twice.

COBOX
I headed COBOX end to end: multiverse architecture, custom compression and optimisation engines, multiplayer networking, and no-code tools that let anyone build their own world inside it.
I closed the infrastructure partnerships with Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA Inception and Google Cloud that made it possible to run, structured the milestone funding behind it, and founded BGDC, the Bharat Game Developer Community, so the builders had somewhere of their own.

XEUR AI
I led the pivot out of Web3 gaming into AI. Eureka generates 3D games from text. Night Elves is a multi-agent system for software development, research and workflow automation.
AI did not end the studio, it became the studio. Turning a gaming company into an AI company mid-flight is the hardest thing I have done, and the thing I would do again.

CLIENT GAME DEVELOPMENT
Before COBOX, I ran operations and cross-functional teams delivering client game projects across desktop, mobile and web, and owned stakeholder management, revenue tracking and financial planning across the portfolio.
