• At The Basement Labs, I help early-stage teams develop partnerships, sharpen their commercial positioning and build the operating processes needed to follow through.
• I support teams including Nuke, SettleX, KlineO and Fortress, managing relationships across founders, investors, infrastructure providers and ecosystem partners. My work spans introductions, partnership development and access to relevant programs and networks across India and APAC.

• I curate Web3 Adda, an invite-only community for founders and developers across India and APAC.
• I bring builders, ecosystem teams and program organisers together, facilitate introductions and help people find relevant collaborators and opportunities.

Operations and partnerships across client work and our own products.

• I co-founded CPG Technologies and led its business operations, financial planning, partnerships and production processes. Our work covered client game development and products we developed internally.
• My responsibility was to keep teams, clients and partners aligned, connect delivery with commercial priorities and build the processes behind the work.

• At PwC India, I worked on enterprise analytics and technology consulting in regulated environments. My work involved reporting, data governance, operating processes and coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
• I held this role alongside my work at CPG Technologies. It taught me how large organisations manage risk, structure decisions and turn technical information into something leadership can act on.

• Worked with Akari on growth campaigns for AlphaBlockZ and CoralApp, supporting community participation and campaign reach.

• I co-founded Mavens, an FMCG venture selling flavoured popcorn under the Popups brand in Ranchi. We raised ₹40 lakh and ran sales and distribution directly into local shops.
• COVID disrupted the business. We kept selling until the full ₹40 lakh invested in it had been repaid.

• I co-founded CareerGeeks during my first year at Jadavpur University. We created competitive-exam preparation content, including a JEE test series distributed through YouTube.
• I led marketing, content, distribution and early user acquisition. It was my first experience of turning an idea into something people could discover and use.
