Why I'm Building in the Open

I've spent the last seven years moving between entrepreneurship, game production, Web3 platform building, and now AI research — from a bootstrapped FMCG venture in Ranchi, to running ops at CPG Technologies, to leading COBOX through partnerships with Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, and Google Cloud, to the pivot into Xeur AI.

This blog is where I'll write about the parts that don't fit on a resume: what it actually takes to close infrastructure partnerships, what venture studio work looks like from the inside at The Basement Labs, and what I'm learning running Web3 Adda as a builder community.
